Made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving this year, and it was a HIT! Very rich in flavor. If you can spare the extra few dollars for cardamom, I definitely recommend it. Brings out the "chai" flavor!

This recipe is by far my favie for the Christmas holiday. I made it last year and the entire fam fell in luv with it and polished it off, leaving the pumpkin pie plates full. Making 2 this year...one for my Dad to take home and enjoy :-) This recipe will NOT disappoint.

I made this cheesecake for a contest at work and it won first prize! Imagine the looks on their faces when I admitted that it was my first cheesecake.

I made this last year for Thanksgiving and my family loved it! The pan was empty and all the other pies were left. I made it 2 days ahead of time so I wouldn't be rushed with everything else and it turned out just fine. It was simple to make, just time consuming with the layers and setting times. I would recommend making homemade whipped cream over store bought since it's much richer with the flavors from the rum sauce. I've already bought the ingredients to make it again this year!
