super quick to put together. I substituted cinnamon for lemon peel, as had none. My husband really emjoyed this.

I tried this ewcipe. I found it to be too dry, and too difficult to spread over the biscuit pieces. I think that a liquid added to it would improve the recipe.

The pull apart coffee cake is good with some chopped pecans added also.

This was very easy. Zesting the lemon was the most time consuming part of prep. Would definitely keep making........though I left out the raisins, used pecans, and a little more sugar.

I took this coffee-cake in which I used the pine nuts to a brunch (we take a copy of the recipe to share). Two ladies took the recipe to copy before the end of the brunch, another took home what was left. Even a caterer called me for the recipe so she could take this coffee-cake to her sister. We certainly enjoyed it.

This recipe looked so good until I saw the nutritional information....2-1/2 grams of trans fats for 1 serving??? That''s outrageous! It has to be all in the biscuits. They should come with a warning sticker!
