Someone posted about transfats..the biscuits do not have transfats. Those would come from margarine if you opted for margarine over butter. Margarine has 1.5 grams of transfat per tablespoon. My 3 year old, who insisted he did not want to try the coffee cake and only wanted Rice Krispies, loved it.

WONDERFUL recipe! I cut my biscuits into 6 pieces and used a pie plate. I didn't have wax paper on hand, so used a mix of crisco/butter to grease the pan. Also used 1/2 sugar, 1/2 brown sugar in the bag with a tsp. of cinnamon. I used walnuts and dispersed them among the biscuits on the pie plate. As suggested, also used part of what was left in the bag re sugars and sprinkled that on the biscuits. This is where it gets tricky. I baked it for about 20 min. and tented it the last 5 min. so sugars wouldn't burn. DELISH!

This was super easy and the kids helped with coating of the dough. I added 1 tsp of cinnamon with sugar, which gave it great flavor. Definetely will make it again!! :-)

This recipe is so easy! It doesn't even take that much time either! My mom and sister attacked it as soon as it came out of the oven. I skipped the lemon peel and nuts since my sister doesn't that stuff. It was still soo yummy!! Awesome recipe!

Delicious and easy to put together. I used Craisins instead of raisins and it was fabulous...next time I'll use orange instead of lemon and orange flavored Craisins.
