Directions

  • 1 1) Follow the directions for a small box of pudding (vanilla preferred); which is generally to blend with 2 cups of milk and whisk until thickened. Place in refrigerator to cool. Optional ~ before placing pudding into refrigerator to cool, dye can be added to match seasonal celebrations if desired (green in picture is for halloween)
  • 2 2) Place one cookie in a cupcake liner and bake at 350 degrees for 14-17 minutes; pull out of oven and let cool. These cookies will dip in the middle while cooking, making the 'cup'. Optional ~ lay out 1/2 cup of chosen nut and push cookie into nuts to desired coating.
  • 3 3) Let cookies completely cool, approximately 1/2 hour. Cookies can either be prepared and presented in cupcake liner or pulled out (see pic). If you choose to prepare cookies outside of the liner, then pull them out once cool, but before adding pudding.
  • 4 4) Spoon pudding into cookie cups at desired level; each holds approx 2 teaspoons.
