In large skillet, cook beef and bacon over medium-high heat until beef is browned. Drain.
In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, combine gravy, tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper; mix well. Add browned beef, bacon and all remaining ingredients; stir gently to mix.
Cover; cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or until beef and vegetables are tender.
