These are so fun to make and are incredibly tasty! I substituted the spreadable cheese with finely shredded mozzarella. It was lunch for 3 people! They are done a little quicker than 20 minutes though so start watching them at 15 min. Yummmmmm!!!

This is not an original recipe. I make this all the time, because it is in my Giada de Laurenties cookbook; New Italian Favorites.

Wonderful recipe! I did add pepperoni. I did not have the garlic-herb spreadable cheese so I improvised with cream cheese that I add Mrs.Dash and garlic powder and a bit of parmesan cheese. The aroma was so inviting. I will definitely add this to my family cookbook.

I made this for dinner last night, and it was delicious, and pretty easy. I couldn't really get the dough into a 12"x16" rectangle, and I couldn't get it rolled up tightly, but it still came out great. I will make this again and perhaps experiment with different cheeses or spreads.

This is a great appetizer. It is savory and amazing with the marinara sauce. A nice bite size snack that is simple but elegant.
