Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Prosciutto is an Italian ham that is air-dried, seasoned and salt-cured but not smoked. It is pressed until it is dense and full-flavored. Traditionally, ultra-thin slices of prosciutto are served with melon or figs as a first course. Look for prosciutto in the deli section of the grocery store or at an Italian market.
  • tip 2
Serve these rolls with a salad of romaine hearts tossed with Caesar dressing.
