tsp. Ground Ginger

tsp. Ground Cloves

Large Eggs

Can (29 oz.) Libby's 100% Pure Pumpkin
2
Cans (12 fl. oz. each) Evaporated milk
2
Unbaked 9 inch. (4-Cup Volume) Deep-dish Pie Shells

Directions

  • 1 Mix sugar salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in a small bowl. Beat eggs in a large bowl.
  • 2 Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Gradually stir in evaporated milk.
  • 3 Pour into pie shells.
  • 4 Bake in preheated 425 degrees fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes.
  • 5 Reduce temperature to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 6 Bake 40-50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
  • 7 Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediatly or refrigerate.

Do not freeze pie, as this will cause the crust to seperate from the filling.
