INGREDIENTS:
Meat Loaf

lb. lean ground beef
1/2
lb. lean ground pork
1/2
cup Progresso® Plain Bread Crumbs
1/4
cup finely chopped onion
1/4
cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2
cup barbecue sauce
2
eggs, beaten
Topping
1/2
cup barbecue sauce
1/2
teaspoon dry mustard

DIRECTIONS:
  • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, combine all meat loaf ingredients; mix until well blended. Press firmly in ungreased 8x4-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350°F. for 50 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine topping ingredients; mix well. Set aside.
  • Remove meat loaf from oven; spread 1/4 cup topping over loaf. Return to oven; bake an additional 20 to 30 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 160°F. and meat is thoroughly cooked in center. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Serve with additional topping.
