Praline Peach Brownie Sundaes

No baking! Start with a purchased brownie, and dress it up with a luscious fruit topping.

Ingredients

cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2
cup whipping (heavy) cream

tablespoons margarine or butter
1/4
teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon vanilla
1/2
cup pecan pieces

peaches, peeled, sliced

purchased frosted brownies

pints (3 cups) ice cream
  • 1 In medium saucepan, heat brown sugar, whipping cream, margarine and cinnamon over low heat, stirring constantly, until sugar is dissolved and margarine is melted.
  • 2 Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla, pecans and peaches. Cool 10 minutes.
  • 3 Place brownies in individual dessert bowls or plates. Top each with 1/2 cup ice cream and 1/4 cup sauce.
