EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

The rich, creamy topping on these sundaes tastes very much like a praline, a patty-shaped candy made from pecans and brown sugar.

Use almonds or walnuts in place of the pecans. Try juicy nectarines in place of the peaches; it's not necessary to peel the nectarines.
