lb. lean ground turkey

cup chopped onion

teaspoon garlic powder

to 1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves

cup skim milk

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen French-style green beans, thawed, drained*

(10 3/4-oz.) can condensed 98%-fat-free cream of mushroom soup

(8-oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1
(4.5-oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained

(16-oz.) pkg. frozen seasoned potato nuggets

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 Spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Add turkey, onion, garlic powder and thyme; cook over medium-high heat until turkey is browned. Stir in milk, green beans, soup, water chestnuts and mushrooms. Bring to a boil. Pour turkey mixture into sprayed baking dish. Top with potato nuggets.
  3. 3 Bake at 450°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
