This is a awesome way of doing mash potatoes and meatloaf. I use my own recipe for my meatloaf and used real mash potatoes with fresh broccoli.

My husband said this was awesome! I've got a real meat and potato type man though :) I doubled this recipe used real potatoes and used broccoli and corn. Also I didn't have any steak sauce so I used barbeque sauce and it was still yummy.

It doesn't say what kind of steak sauce so I use Worcestershire; I wouldn't recommend using a WHOLE tablespoon but my hubby loved it anyway. It's a good, quick & reasonably priced way to fix a nice dinner.

I substituted ground turkey breast and used real mashed potatoes. We really enjoyed it. I served it with a salad and French bread.

I enjoyed this dish with a few changes. I used diced onion instead of minced and substituted 1 cup mixed vegies in place of broccoli. I also added more sharp Cheddar cheese. These few changes made a dish that will be enjoyed throughout the winter.

We really like Broccoli and that added to the recipe. I did use real potatoes and I added some chopped green onions to them.
Really went over big with my family.

I agree with LisaBabyDoll60 - EWT Broccoli. I loved her idea with the bacon. I made a turkey meatloaf and made Colcannon for the topping - mashed potatoes mixed with shredded cabbage that has been sauteed with scallions and fresh garlic. YUMMO!

Omitted the broccoli. Enough with the broccoli already, btw.
I used real homemade idaho potato/mashed rutabaga instead of instant and added chopped fried applewood bacon/onions.
