Strawberry Shortcakes are the perfect ending to an all-American rib dinner. Heat oven to 350ºF. Separate 16.3-oz. can large refrigerated home-style biscuits into 8 biscuits. Dip top and sides of each biscuit into 2 tablespoons melted margarine and then into granulated sugar. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly; split each biscuit. Divide 4 cups sliced strawberries among the biscuits, and top with whipped cream. Yum!
