I've made this several times and have to say it is really, really good. It makes my husband say, "ummm, ummm, ummm" with each mouthful, it's that GOOD! And it's so easy. This deserves a 10!

Wow! Everyone in my family including my picky "mac n cheese only" girl was crazy about this dish. I put the mushrooms on the side. Only suggestion is that when slicing the pork, slice it a little thicker than you want your finished pieces to be. They shrink while cooking.

This was the best! Fusssy husband loved it! Easy, fast and delicious! Didn't have cognac or apple juice on hand so I used a tablespoon of apple sauce. Worked out just fine. Would highly recommend this recipe.

This was a wonderful dish. I will definately make again. I added a little more mushrooms to recipe, and made egg noodles with butter and parmesan cheese.

My husband loved it. The sauce is wonderful and easy. I've even made it for my In-laws who loved it too.

So good and so easy!! The sauce really complimented the taste of pork, and I loved the generous serving of mushrooms. My husband kept saying "mmmmmmmmm". It was a hit!

This is the best sauce ever! It even goes really well with chicken. I have made it several times, even made it for a crowd. Always a hit!!
