Made this in my large crockpot and tripled the recipe, used canned corn and black beans instead; seasoned the porkchops with additional sprinkle of garlic powder and served sauce over rice. A hit w/the family and so healthy!

Sooooooo yummy! The chops just fell apart it was so tender! The chops had a GREAT flavor and the corn & beans were a great side dish. My boyfriend is kinda picky and he loved it as well! Super tasty!

Easy to make and the taste was great, the pork chops tasted really good with beans, I liked the flavor.

I made this today...and didn't have any pork chops so I used chicken breasts. And I made rice with it. I think it came out fantastic. Nothing like a few ingredients to make a great dish. What's good about this easy recipe is that you can adjust the flavor to your liking....if you're a salsa fan...use a little more salsa than beans and vice versa. Will definitely be making again.

The flavors are great, the salsa and the beans contrast one another beautifully. I am not fond of corn so I will probabaly reduce or eliminate it next time I make this. The one drawback is that by slowcooking this it holds the moisture in and makes the bean/salsa sauce a bit thin.

I was suprised how tasty this dish is! I guess the baked beans didn't sound all that great as an ingredient. But they cook down, and I added a little extra salsa.
