I made it exactly as directed. Very tender but very bland. Not much flavor at all. I can't say it was bad but it was flavorless.

Great dinner. My wife is not a big pork chop fan. but she really liked this. I added onions and green peppers.

Excellent Dinner. We were looking for a new Pork Chop Idea. Even though this is made for (2), I increased the ingredients, and made it for the Whole Family. Out of the 5 of us, everyone said it was excellent and gave it a make again thumbs up, therefore One Star from Each of us. Even my "Picky Eater" told me it was the best meal she ever ate, and it made her happy. I wouldn't change a thing, it was easy to put together, smelled really good all day, and really met my expectations for how good I hoped it would be. I am sending this recipe on to all of my family.

This was ok. I used Bushes baked beans, La victoria thick& chunky salsa, (couldn't find old elpaso)and Green Giant steamers corn. I am always accused of using to much salt, but I thought this was salty! However, the meat was tender and my son liked it! He told me to make it again.

I added a can of black beans (drained) and a cut-up jalapeno as we like things hot. Could also use red beans. Served it with tortillas.

I liked the recipe Next time I will try with some beans I have seen that have jalapeno's in them. Not real fond of the BBQ flavor that well as it was to strong. A good dish for one person and made enough fortwo meals. I will make it again.

This was very good! My husband absolutely loved it and afterwords, we used the bean/corn/salsa mixture for a dip with torillia chips! This is an all around recipe!
