Sounded real good, but the family was not impressed. Pork chops were good, but the macaroni and cheese and green beans, did not turn out too good. Will try again, and this time turn it into a baked casserole and see if that is better for my family. I took the advice of the other reviews and used a more flavorful cheese, which was good, but it just did not have enough "gooeyness", maybe a little more cheese the next time.

My husband and kids LOVE this dinner! I actually grate and add some aged white cheddar cheese to the skillet mixture and a little bit more on top when served. It really gives it some zip! Great, easy weeknight meal. Also, my husband says the leftovers for lunch the next day are even better!

The pork chops were good. The cheese sauce for the pasta was very bland. Sharp cheeses and a little spice should add some flavor.
