cup chopped fresh parsley

teaspoon dried oregano leaves

teaspoon fennel seed

teaspoon garlic salt

(4-oz.) boneless pork loin chops

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine parsley, oregano, fennel, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Coat pork chops with parsley mixture; place in ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish.
  2. 2 Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center.
