Stock your freezer with quick-cooking meats such as pork chops, chicken breasts and veal cutlets. Then you´ll always have something to transform into a fast supper. While the herbed chops below are baking, whip together the rest of the meal.

Ingredients

cup chopped fresh parsley

teaspoon dried oregano leaves

teaspoon fennel seed

teaspoon garlic salt

teaspoon pepper

(4-oz.) boneless pork loin chops

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine parsley, oregano, fennel, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Coat pork chops with parsley mixture; place in ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish.
  • 2 Bake at 350°F. for 30 to 40 minutes or until pork chops are no longer pink in center.
