Have not tried it yet, but I am SO excited to give it a whirl. We "used" to eat something like this, browned porkchops simmered for an hour or so in cream of mushroom gravy and served over white rice, but since getting smarter about eating, have not indulged. I will try this recipe, and forgo the noodles completely, and I think it will be a healthier, diabetic safe start to a great meal. I'm going to give it 5 stars just for the idea of using the Greek yogurt!
