Ingredients

1: Box Pillsbury Cake Mix (Any flavor)

1: cup Buttermilk

4: eggs

1/3: cup canola oil

1: can Pillsbury Vanilla Frosting

1: bag Mini Marshmallows

Directions

1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line muffin tin with white cupcake liners.
2 In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, buttermilk, oil and eggs. Mix per box instructions.
3 Fill cupcake liners 2/3 full with cake batter and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool.
4 Frost cupcakes with vanilla frosting.
5 With scissors, make a tiny cut on each of the four sides of a mini marshmallow.
6 Twist the marshmallows into a popcorn like shape and then gently place them onto the frosting.

I made my cupcake wrappers look like popcorn bags by using scrapbook paper. The cupcakes look much nicer if you use a pastry bag and tip to frost the cupcakes. I also wrapped my scrapbook paper liners around the cupcake before I frosted and decorated.
