This is very flavorful and I will make again, but I would change a few things. I would use half the amount of onion and actually double the sauce recipe. I like extra saucy ribs and having enough to put over the rice, and the recipe as is hardly had enough to cover the ribs. Very easy and tasty though and our family enjoyed it.

Delicious, Delicious, Delicious!!! The meat just falls apart at the slightest touch and melts in your mouth! This recipe is sweet, savory, and not only makes a great meal, but a great "round 2" recipe. My husband and I will save and shred what's leftover and use it for shredded pork sandwiches the next day. Do not hesitate in trying this recipe, you will love it!
