Everything about this was fantastic, I was out of Soy sauce but used Hoisan and it worked just as well. My kids are possibly the pickiest ever and they said this was the best chops they'd had. Will be definitely making this often.

I don't usually like pork chops but I was very pleasantly surprised and my fiance' loved it:)

Cooked on George Forman Grill.
The meat juicy and marinating it overnight allowed the sauce to really sink through the meat.
The sauce makes a great & quick barbecue sauce for other meats. I have used it on chicken and beef.
