Loved it, although I agree with Tacosue about the dough part. So I baked the biscuits first then proceeded with the directions. Crunchy and really good.

This recipe is DELICIOUS! It's not too spicy and just so tasty! My boyfriend said it tasted like it should be in a 5 star restaurant...and that's high praise coming from him!

The flavors in this reccipe are delicious, however, I found it a chore to prepare and also was turned off by the 'doughiness' of the biscuits.

Gloria was a contestant who's oven range was at the end of a row right next to us spectators for the bake-off. She took such great care in slowly preparing her dish that I was stressing for her! No I didn't get to taste it yet, but will make it. the fam had the pleasure of dining with her and her mom a couple times and felt she should have won something. It was great fun %0d%0aDarryl

I admit, I really like pretty food! All these colors, it is sort of fun to eat because of the layers. Best of all it is rich and so flavorful. I look forward to serving it to company - they will linger at the table with good food they have never had before - it will add to the experience.

As a busy mom, finding a 1-dish recipe that's healthy, tasty, pretty and fairly quick and easy is great to keep on hand. Great way to add spinach to the kid's diet. I Shred chicken breasts from a store-bought rotisserie chicken for a simple way to add protein to the recipe.

Wow! My kids had fun putting this recipe together. They did everything but prepare the peppers. I did substitute bell peppers on half of the dish for the little ones. It was excellent, and we'll surely be making this again!
