The only thing different I would do is put just a little bit of sauce in them. Even my husband liked them

AuntCiCi,
I actually did try to make the recipe with the sauce inside and it didn't work very well. First, It was hard to get enough sauce inside to be able to taste it and make it worth it. Second, the sauce made it hard to seal the dough together. The remedy was to make the recipe sans sauce and dip it in as much sauce as you like.
However, a less watery sauce like pesto would probably work perfectly. There are endless possibilities with pizza pretzels, but I had to go simple and classic for Pillsbury! :) Thanks for the question.

This is great for parties, especially if you want an out
of the ordinary pizza party. Dipping pieces of it into
sauces makes it great for everyone to have just a little bit
of a taste. Great Idea!
