Here is a tip for cutting these. Use dental floss, slide under dough with one string in each hand, cross floss at top and pull. Cuts great every time.

I did not cut my dough... I unrolled it over the cookie sheet.. spread pizza sauce, covered with cheese and pepperoni... then I rolled cut into wheels... baked at 350 for 20 minutes... the bottom created a very thing crust and the top was soft... it was delicious...

These pinwheels are ok, they taste like something is missing though. Next time I may try to add some garlic or put the pizza sauce on before I roll it up.

This Recipe is so good, however I changed it up a bit based on the reviews. I doubled up the ingredients that go inside the dough, which made them a lot more filling!! I decided not to cut them till after they were cooked. I cut them into fourths so they didn't look like pinwheels but it was much easier than cutting them before baking. Also, since people were saying they burn easily I turn them over half way through and that helped out alot.

Not impressed. I left out the green pepper because I didn't have any, but overall they were bland and dry - too much dough compared to the amount of ingredients inside.

This was not worth it, the cresent roll dough is too flimsy and fell apart when cutting into rectangles prior to rolling. I was disappointed. It would be better to buy the pizza dough from pilsbury and make the pinwheels with that dough instead. would make more...

I really enjoyed this recipe. I used parchment paper on my cookie sheet and they baked evenly without getting too brown on the bottom. I also put them in the freezer for about 5 minutes after I put them together but before I sliced them. This made them a lot easier to slice!! I have made them several times and I'm sure I will use it many times in the future.

These are great to make for any occasion. I use the Hormel miniature pepperoni, which makes it much easier when cutting. Also, it is almost impossible to cut the dough. If you place the prepared product on wax paper or foil and put in the freezer for 20-30 minutes it is much easier to cut!

I too had problems with the bottoms getting too dark, but solved it by moving my rack up one spot. by moving it up one row, it cooked more evenly and they turned out fantastic!!!

I made these for a supperbowl party and the recipe look really good. I followed the instruction and it was a little difficult to cut the rolls otherwise very easy. When you put them on the cookie sheet they are open on the bottom so when I went to take them out the were burnt on the bottom. I was so disappointed! I felt as though the cheese just ran out the bottom and burnt on the pan. The tops were cooked properly so I did not over cook them. Maybe I should try them again after reading the other reviews.
