This was a really nice twist on an old favorite. I think the next time I would add more vegetables to the top and be sure I have enough pizza sauce- -I was a little short. But this is really great and very easy to make. It is even something you can make and still be on a diet!! I loved it.

We love this dish! The kids would never eat meatloaf until now. My oldest won''t stay out of the kitchen once he smells the sauce! This is a great and easy dish for a family like ours - - always on the go!
