The pizza bubble was a huge hit at a recent gathering. I have made the recipe twice. My advice is: don't be afraid to fill the rolls with lots of cheese and pepperoni. I purchased a large chuck of moz. cheese and cut it into smaller chunks rather than dealing with shredded cheese (less of a mess) for the stuffing. However, I did use shredded pam. between the two layers of biscuits. Easy, inexpensive and filling. Great recipe for all age groups! Severed with warm spaghetti or pizza sauce sprinkled with pam. cheese.

I would change the cheese cubes to Montery Jack.

I love to make this. Have found mini slices of pepperoni. Works great for this. Easier for little kids to eat

I thought it was different and the kids loved it, I also substituted 1/2 the pepperoni with beef steak

Very good recipe; however my rolls did not cook all the through and I had to put them back in the oven. I think next time I will bake them on a cookie sheet.

Very easy and simple to make. Not overly expensive either since the string cheese was on sale for 1.00 each, the pillsbury coupons and the coupons for the pepperoni! Definitly would make again. I goofed on this the first time, and did not set the "rolls" properly so the "ring" did not cook as good as it should have. I did move everything around and it cooked up really nice. I followed the ingrediants exact, and definitly enjoyed. Next time though, I would like to actually put each roll in individual muffin cups.

We just had crescent rolls in ref. Made a circle of thoes on a cookie sheet. Just excellent. I will try the other way after a trip to the grocery.

This was a hit! I think I misunderstood the directions about the bubbles because I had a lot of individual balls because I halved each biscuit (couldn't find the Juniors). The kids loved this for a meal. I made one with pepperoni and another with sausage (good idea but too much of a breakfast thing). Will def. make this again!

This was excellent. I did make a few changes: instead of all the butter, I used 4 T of unsalted butter and 2 T of olive oil adn like others said, brushed it on. I omitted the Parmesan Cheese and used shredded Mozz Cheese instead. I used a spring form pan on a rimmed cookie sheet so the excess butter/oil could come out while baking so this was not greasy at all. A definite keeper!
