I got this recipe out of pillsbury's cook book but instead of pistachio pudding i use coconut cream instant pudding and it is so good the first coconut cream pie i had ever made and according to my family it will be the only one they will ever want and it is so easy to fix. (i honestly have not tried with pistachio so my rating is for my version)

Very easy to make, looks great for presentation but it is a little too rich!

I made this pie with the sugar free variety of the pudding and whipped topping ingredients. It was absolutely delicious!
