Whenever I make a "cup" such as these with cookies, I don't use a spoon to make the indention, I use a medicine cup that comes with things like allergy meds. I make the indention while the cookie is still warm, and it is much easier and quicker than trying to use a spoon for the indention.

I'm confused about "remove cookie rounds", does that mean that you just slice the cookie dough roll into 24 slices and plop them into the muffin pan, or do you make 24 balls and put them into the muffin pan and bake and then create the indentation. I'm confused as the recipe is not clear. Anyone else? I want to make for daughters birthday and looks so yummy and different!

I tried these and they are the best. and, they're pretty as a picture (or as pretty as you want them to be!). Everyone raved about them!
