We loved this recipe. It's fast and filling. My husband and I live near the coast and generally don't like frozen shrimp. But using this recipe, it turned out great. Served it over rice mixed with just a tad, a tiny tad (smile), of butter. Will try again soon, and may try with pork sirloin bits instead of shrimp.
