Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple or 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh jalapeño chile
  • 2 teaspoons diced pimientos
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until serving time. Serve with chips or cooked shrimp.
