Enjoy this colorful, sweet and spicy pineapple salsa that’s ready in 10 minutes – perfect to serve with cooked shrimps.

Ingredients

cup finely chopped fresh pineapple or 1 (8-oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

tablespoons orange marmalade

tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
