Enjoy this cool and refreshing fruit punch featuring pineapple, cranberry, lemonade and ginger ale - perfect beverage to be served at your next party.

Ingredients

  • 1 (46-oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 quart (4 cups) cranberry juice cocktail, chilled
  • 1 (6-oz.) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • Red food color, if desired
  • 2 (28-oz.) bottles (7 cups) ginger ale, chilled

    In large punch bowl, combine pineapple juice, cranberry juice cocktail, lemonade concentrate, sugar and food color.

    Just before serving, pour in ginger ale. Garnish with ice ring or serve over ice.

    To make decorative ice ring or mold,our about 1/2 inch water, juice or punch into mold of appropriate size for punch bowl. Arrange fruit slices or pieces as desired; freeze. Add liquid to cover pieces; freeze again.
