pineapple delight

it is a very easy desert made ba using pineapple and bicuits, it is an amazing dish for the family.

2: tinned pineapple

2: packets of 'mornig cofee biscut'

2-3: cups of thick cream

: sugar (as required)

Directions

1 separate the pineapplewater from the pineapple tin.keep pineapple aside.
2 pour the pineapple water to a deep cooking vesel and cook, add sugar and stir until bubble appear.
3 put 3/4 of the boiled pineapple water in a mixer and add all the pineapple(wich was earlier seprated and leave 5-6 pcs)and mix.
4 by the time u can arange the biscuts one by one on ur dish and put one-one spoon of the pineapple water on top of each biscut(just to make it soft).Cut 2-3 pcs of the left over pineapple and sprinkle haf of them over the biscut.
5 add the mixure on top of the biscuts and and repeat the same step again.
6 to garnish- keep 2-3 pcs of pineapple on top of the dish
7 refrigerate the dish for 1/2 an hour or more
