Pineapple Coleslaw

This fruity version of traditional coleslaw is creamy and crunchy. Tart apples such as Granny Smith are especially good in the salad.

DRESSING

SALAD

cups shredded green cabbage

cup chopped unpeeled apple

cup shredded carrots

(8-oz.) can pineapple tidbits, drained

  • 1 In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend well.
  • 2 In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss gently. Pour dressing over salad; mix well. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour or until serving time.
