Lay crackers side by side in single layer in ungreased 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
In medium saucepan, combine brown sugar, margarine and pine nuts. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Boil 3 minutes.
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Pour mixture over crackers; spread to coat. Sprinkle with chips. Let stand 2 minutes; spread evenly. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled. Break or cut into pieces.
