I made this yesterday & as I am not a fan of Graham Crackers I used Nilla Wafers I also forgot to add the rum extract. However it turned out great so refreshing to eat. I will make this again with the extracts or try the Pina Colada mix.

I haven't tried it yet but am very soon - think I will add the frozen Pina Colada mix - that sounds like it would make it awesome!

I have not tried this yet, but it looks good! One problem I have had lately with Pillsbury recipes - they no longer seem to give the number of servings. Instead, they state the number of ingredients. I can count, thank you, but it's sometimes hard to guess how much a given recipe makes.

I made this for a July 4th cookout at work. It was a huge hit! I used Malibu Coconut Rum (and put in a little extra)and topped it off with toasted coconut and mandarin oranges. It wasn't bland at all. It was perfect!

i made this exactly what the recipe says. I didn't use any pina colada mix and it turned out perfect. Maybe the mix is what is throwing it off, but make it just like what it says.

I made the recipe as written. I used the Blue Bell No sugar added/low fat ice cream. Everyone loved it! I didn't add the Pina colada mix. Will definitely make it again and follow the recipe as written.

Tasted this before freezing it and thought it definitely needed a flavor boost. Liked it better after I tried tweety1159's suggestion and added almost an entire can of frozen pina colada mix, undiluted, plus some toasted coconut stirred into the ice cream.

Maybe try adding some actual pina colada mix to it.

Very easy, but way too bland. I even used coconut rum & just low fat ice cream, I couldn't imagine using no sugar-added ice cream. I also added cool whip to the top and after all that it was STILL bland. It definitely needs something...if you find what it needs please tell!!
