loaf soft French bread (from 1-lb, 22-inch loaf)

cup honey mustard

tablespoons chopped fresh or 2 teaspoons dried tarragon or basil leaves

cups sliced deli rotisserie chicken (from 2- to 2 1/2-lb chicken)

oz Brie cheese, sliced

Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, thinly sliced

Directions

  1. 1 Cut bread horizontally in half; spread inside top and bottom evenly with mustard, and sprinkle with tarragon.
  2. 2 Layer chicken, brie and apple over bottom; cover with top.
  3. 3 Cut loaf into quarters.
