Great-grandchildren to great-grandma loved this special dish prepared for 35 at great-grandma's 94th birthday party. This had it all from the sweet spicey south-of-the- border flavors to the great textures of beef, raisins and nuts. The idea of baking rather than deep-frying the chimichangas let the flavors come through and was a nice bonus for the healthy living group at the party. This was a great dish for either a large group in a party setting or an intimate dinner amongst friends.
