Philly Cheesesteak Wraps

Two steps and five ingredients are all you need to assemble these hearty beef and bell pepper wraps - perfect when you want dinner to be ready in 20 minutes.

cups frozen bell pepper stir-fry

lb. thinly sliced deli cooked roast beef, cut into strips
1/4
cup purchased Italian salad dressing

(7 or 8-inch) tomato-basil flour tortillas

oz. (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 In medium nonstick skillet, cook and stir pepper stir-fry over medium-high heat about 5 minutes or until tender. Add beef and salad dressing; mix well. Cook until thoroughly heated.
  • 2 Spoon beef mixture evenly down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle each with cheese. Roll up each tortilla.
