This recipes is one of the BEST I have come across! It not only was fun to make, but it was absolutely delicious! My husband is not a "casserole" type guy, but he said he would definitely want me to make this again. The flavor is exactly that of a Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. I only had 1 lb of ground beef, but a recipe like this you can use your own measurements actually. We had this with a nice green salad, which made for a simple, tasty meal!
