Ingredients

package (6 oz) smoked salmon lox
1/3
cup refrigerated basil pesto (from 7-oz container)
1/2
cup drained roasted red bell peppers (from 7-oz jar), cut into thin strips

roasted-garlic bagel chips (from 5.5-oz bag)

Directions

  1. 1 Cut each salmon piece in half lengthwise so that it is about 3/4 inch wide. Spread each with about 1/2 teaspoon of the pesto; top with roasted bell pepper strip. Carefully roll up.
  2. 2 Place each roulade on bagel chip. Serve immediately.
