Yum! Easy and very tasty. Another time I would add a half cup or so of water (or more sauce) to keep the ravioli covered - otherwise it tends to be a little chewy. And be sure to push down the edges of the outside ones or they will be hard. But otherwise it was very good and super simple. I used the wrong cheese so next time I will make sure I have the right cheeses on hand and I think it will be even better.

Very tasty. My husband and I both liked it very much. Similar to a lasagna, but much easier to make. The Fontina cheese adds a creamy richness to the dish and the pesto flavor is great. I would serve this dish to guests.
