Ingredients

Thin sliced ham
Sliced Provolone cheese (Swiss also works)
Pesto (if you don't like Pesto, course ground mustard is great)
Can of Pillsbury Home-style Golden Layer Biscuits

  • 1 Pre-heat oven to 350.Remove the biscuits from the can and place 2 inches apart on to plate sprayed lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Microwave for 50 seconds.
  • 2 Remove from microwave and peel half of the layers off of each biscuit. Place the tops to the side so you know how many bottoms you have and place the bottoms on either a pizza stone or a backing sheet covered with aluminum foil.
  • 3 Place a layer of Ham followed with a piece of provolone cheese (cut to size)on each bottom. Then spread a layer of Pesto on the bottom of each top piece. Then put your biscuits together. Depending on how much ham you put on each biscit (I use 1-2) you can use a tooth pick though the middle to keep it from falling over.
  • 4 Place into your pre-heated oven for 15 minutes. Then let cool for 2-3 minutes
