Ingredients

Pizza Rounds

Olive and Bell Pepper Pizza Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons bite-size red bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sliced pitted Kalamata olives

Hawaiian Pizza Toppings

  • 1 tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 slice (1 oz) cooked ham, chopped (from deli)
  • 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits in juice, drained and patted dry (from 8-oz can)

    Heat oven to 425°F. Grease cookie sheet with cooking spray or shortening. On work surface, unroll dough; starting at center, press out dough into 12x8-inch rectangle. Using 3 1/2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out 8 circles; place circles 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 4 minutes.

    For each pizza round, spread sauce over crust; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top 4 pizza rounds with the olive and bell pepper toppings; top the remaining 4 pizza rounds with the Hawaiian toppings. Bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
