Pizza Rounds

can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

cup pizza sauce
1/2
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz)

Olive and Bell Pepper Pizza Toppings

tablespoons bite-size red bell pepper

tablespoons sliced pitted Kalamata olives

Hawaiian Pizza Toppings

tablespoon shredded Cheddar cheese

slice (1 oz) cooked ham, chopped (from deli)

cup pineapple tidbits in juice, drained and patted dry (from 8-oz can)

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 425°F. Grease cookie sheet with cooking spray or shortening. On work surface, unroll dough; starting at center, press out dough into 12x8-inch rectangle. Using 3 1/2-inch round cookie cutter, cut out 8 circles; place circles 1 inch apart on cookie sheet. Bake 4 minutes.
  2. 2 For each pizza round, spread sauce over crust; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Top 4 pizza rounds with the olive and bell pepper toppings; top the remaining 4 pizza rounds with the Hawaiian toppings. Bake 10 to 12 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
