Lost my copy long ago. Our favorite pizza pie. You can change up the ingredients. I like to replace the Italian seasoning with a pizza seasoning and double it. The Roma tomatoes on top make a nice presentation.

I made this recipe and even added onions to the ground beef. The dish was a huge disappointment. It lacked taste--was totally flat! It needs a lot of help!

I made this for my family for dinner and had a salad with it...They really liked it and had to have the recipe...IT was so very good !!!!!!I will also make it for my group of friends,we gather once a week and playPoker Keeno and Rummykub..

i love the taste of the pizza quiche i left out the mushrooms i put in egg plant instead, it worked fine.only thing it takes a little to long to fix,it would be good for the week end. Thanks Misi
