Pepperoni Pizza Pasta

Ingredients

oz. (2 cups) uncooked ziti (long tubular pasta)

(14-oz.) jar pizza sauce

oz. sliced pepperoni, halved (about 3/4 cup)
1/4
cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4
cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2
teaspoon dried oregano leaves

garlic clove, minced

oz. (1 cup) shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. 2 Cook ziti to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
  3. 3 In large bowl, combine cooked ziti, pizza sauce, pepperoni, bell pepper, Parmesan cheese, oregano and garlic; mix well. Spoon into sprayed baking dish; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Cover with foil.
  4. 4 Bake at 375°F. for 30 to 35 minutes or until mixture is thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
