This was the best pie I have ever made! I used the cook and serve pudding instead of instant and it was perfect, everyone loved it and asked me to make it again for our Christmas this year!

Just made this for Christmas, but made it with a chocolate pie crust and it was delicious! Everyone loved it. I also used red food coloring instead of green.

I made this pie for Thanksgiving Eve, needless to say the pie did not last long. I used an cookie pie crust, instant pudding like another reviewer pointed out. Very easy and quick to make. I would definitely make again.

Awesome recipes (with a few changes) 1. use a chocolate/graham cracker crust or an oreo crust (no baking or cooling required) 2. leave out chocolate chips, instead use 1 3/4 cups milk in INSTANT chocolate fudge pudding 3. pour pudding mix into crust FIRST, allow to set for about a half hour 4. mix cream cheese, extract, food color and whipped topping as directed and put ON TOP of chocolate layer 5. top with remaining whipped topping, or canned whipped cream when serving, if desired

I made plenty of mistakes while making this pie and it still turned out delicious! I forgot to melt the chocolate chips into the pudding, so i mixed mini-morsels into it instead! Very yummy!

This was easy to make. The shell took longer than 30 minutes to cool (more like 45 minutes) and the pudding was still warm after being in the refrigerator for 45 minutes. I had to use 6 drops of food color for it to be green. I served the pie after it was in the refrigerator for 3 hours and it wasn't chilly enough. I'd say it needed another hour. The flavor of cream cheese is fairly strong, which is a bit odd when combined with the mint flavor. The pie is good, but I won't be making it again.

Very good, but really needs an Oreo Cookie crust to be seriously awesome.

Minty good! I love mint and chocolate together. The mint was so creamy with the cream cheese and the chocolate pudding was so rich with the chocolate chips. If you like mint and chocolate you should try this.
